Common issues

A deal link is broken or goes to an error page.

Deals expire. Retailers remove listings, change URLs, or sell out without warning. Our pipeline refreshes every four hours, but a deal can go dead in between runs. If you hit a dead link, the deal is gone — check the desk for something similar.

The price shown doesn't match what I see on the retailer's site.

Prices are pulled at fetch time and cached. By the time you click through, the price may have changed. We show the price at last check — always verify on the retailer's page before buying.

A product is listed under the wrong category.

Category assignment is automated. If something is filed in the wrong bucket, it's a pipeline misclassification. Use the contact form to flag it and we'll fix it manually.

The 90-day price history looks wrong.

Price history starts when we first track a product. New products show "Tracking started today" — that's expected. History fills in over time. If you see a clearly wrong data point, let us know.

I found a deal that isn't on the site.

We track specific retailers and keyword sets per desk. If a deal is on a retailer we don't cover, or uses terms outside our filter, it won't appear automatically. Send it to us and we'll consider adding it manually.

A product contains a flagged ingredient that isn't marked.

Ingredient analysis on dog food and treats is AI-assisted and may miss products. If you find one we've flagged incorrectly or missed entirely, please report it — this is important to us.
